The wonders of God's creation
On the concrete this morning was a moth about the size of my hand. I took many pictures but could not get one that could do it justice. I can't describe how perfectly leaf-like it was and how perfectly it would have been camoflaged on the jungle floor. Absolutely incredible!
Can't beat babies and water. Duncan and Jessica were missionaries/volunteers here in Shell a few years back and were the leaders for the families coming from Idaho. This little guy is their one year old son. Jos has had the opportunity to babysit him a bit and in the 45 minutes she had him this morning she could not keep from putting him in the sink to get crazy. She was lucky mom packed an extra set of clothes for the day!
This is 2 leaves on a plant. The leaves are not colored spiral. They are shaped spiral! they are about the size of my hand and maybe one of the wierdest things I have seen here.
