Hard to let go.

The longer we are here, the harder it is to let go of these kids! I can only imagine how hard it is on them to see volunteers come and go. Just when they get to know a new gringo and start to develop a relationship there is always a goodbye. Poor kids..... doesn't keep them from loving though!

Heidi was able to catch up with many of the children that were here when she was here volunteering. I can tell she left her mark on many of the kids here and was a strong force in shaping the personalities of the older girls.
