Day for Children

Monday there was a huge celebration for the children, not only at Casa de Fe, but all over. They have a day to celebrate the children and it was great fun! There was a lot of cake and kids running everywhere.

Emery spent some time with Hernan preparing this post last week. He cut it down with a machete then they stripped the bark and greased it up. Then he got to dig a deep hole and plant the thing. Em and Hernan spent more than a few hours on this project and the children "cheated" by helping eachother up the pole and had all the goodies off in less than 5 minutes!. Hernan truly loves the kids and would put in any amount of time on a project to see them smile

Isreal is usually the driver and all around worker, but for today he was a clown! The gal in front is Patti Sue. Casa de Fe started with her in her home with one child. She has seen God work huge here at CdF!!!

Cinthia and Daniel. Mark's wife and child. Cutest little guy ever! Jos loves hanging out with this little guy. I wish we knew more spanish so we could get to know Cinthia better. She is so nice!!
